BIO:
Chris established excellent fundamentals and skills in table-tennis from
the age of seven until the age of fourteen. He was living in Canton, China
at the time and would have a daily regimen of training from 6 AM to 7:15 AM
and from 3:00 PM until 6 PM. He did not find the training fun at the time
but in retrospect, the training was the most unforgettable memory of his
life. Chris wished he had taken table-tennis seriously during the peak
years of an athlete's life, age 15 until age 25, but stopped playing during
those years. At the age of 26 and living in California, Chris played
tournaments in California but with informal training, did not perform upto
his expectations. At the age of 29, he stopped playing again. Now at the age
of 32, he has begun playing in his on-again off-again playing years. He
wants to play against a high-level of players to develop a set of winning
tactics and techniques. Northern California tournament play will provide him with that opportunity.
Chris is a material planner at a telecommunication contract-manufacturing
company in San Jose.
