| BIO:
Henry, or should we say Shingsui as he was called before his move to the US, started playing table-tennis at age 11 for basic exercise but found it interesting and so trained hard every summer in China. He learned how to play from a female friend of his father and feels this was important in his development as a good coach must implement good basics. He likes the speed and spin of the game and table-tennis has taught him to control his temper and make him a better thinker. He likes to meet pretty girls in table-tennis and probably wishes he was Wang Liqin, his favorite player, who likely has no trouble meeting pretty girls through his fame in China. He does not like regluing and replacing rubbers as it can get expensive. He hopes to cross 2300 and has come back to win 3-2 when down 10-0 in each game! When he's not trying to meet pretty girls, he likes playing basketball and other games. |
