Kevin Au started playing table-tennis while in Vietnam before his teen years and moved to America in 1990 for a better future. He practices with teammate Khoa Nguyen three times a week and also practices with Anh Nguyen and Steve Nguyen (no relation among all the Nguyens). He was a computer engineer when he initially moved to the US and now works as a loan consultant. His best tournament win is against Khoa Nguyen and he hopes to make the US Team.
